Lawn care in Newberry

Newberry is my corner of Lee's Summit. The neighborhood sits right by East Trails Middle School and Happy Tails Park, which means if you live here, I am not driving across town to mow your lawn. I am coming from a few streets over. Call or text 816-674-8789.

Newberry yards, specifically

Newberry is an established neighborhood in southeast Lee's Summit, tucked between downtown and US-50 off the SE Ranson corridor. Most of the homes here went up around 2000, which puts the lawns at that good middle age: established fescue that stripes beautifully, trees that are big enough to matter in the fall, and real edges along the drives and walks that show their lines when they are kept.

That mix is exactly what I do: weekly mowing with the pattern alternated, a clean blade edge, and a proper leaf cleanup when the trees let go in November.

The neighbor kid, literally

East Trails Middle School and Happy Tails Park are the neighborhood's landmarks, and they are mine too. Jobs in Newberry are the closest ones I have, which means your yard is never the far-away stop that slides to tomorrow. If something looks off after a mow, I can be back the same day, because getting here takes minutes, not a trip.

Questions people ask

Do you already mow in Newberry?

Yes, this is my home area. Jobs here are the closest ones on my route, and most of my work comes from neighbors seeing a yard I already cut.

Can you handle the fall leaves here?

Yes. Newberry trees are twenty-plus years old now and drop enough that I recommend two passes: one mid-fall and one after they finish, in late November.

Do you do anything in winter?

Snow removal. Driveways, walks, and the path to your door, with ice melt on request. Being blocks away means you are cleared early, not last.
