Lawn care in Raintree Lake
Raintree Lake is the established lake community in south Lee's Summit, and its yards come with the two things that make lawn care matter: mature trees and neighbors who keep their places sharp. I mow, edge, clear leaves, and shovel snow here on a weekly route from my base in southeast Lee's Summit. Call or text 816-674-8789.

Raintree has been around long enough that the trees are real trees now, which means fall cleanup here is a genuine job, not a rake and a half hour. And on lots that slope toward the water, a careful mowing pattern matters more than on a flat yard: cutting across a slope instead of up and down it is the difference between clean stripes and wheel ruts.
Weekly mowing with the edges kept, two leaf passes in the fall, and a cleared driveway when it snows. Same person every visit.
Questions people ask
Do you mow sloped lake lots?
Yes. Slopes get cut across the grade rather than up and down it, which protects the turf and keeps the lines straight. Steep sections near the water I will assess honestly when I see the yard.
Can you handle fall leaves here?
Yes, and Raintree is exactly the kind of neighborhood where I recommend two passes: one mid-fall and one after the mature trees finish in late November.
